Information we process

We process information you provide, including account and contact details, CVs, work and education history, skills, job preferences, application answers, documents, and communications with support. Information you choose to include in a CV or application may contain sensitive personal information. Please provide only information you want used for your job search and applications.

We also process job listings and application activity, such as jobs you select, generated documents, your edits and approvals, run status, and evidence used to understand application outcomes. Automated application sessions may produce form data, browser session information, and screenshots. When you use an AirCareer application inbox, we process the messages, attachments, and delivery information needed to provide that feature.

Our systems and service providers receive technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request logs, and security events. If you purchase a subscription, Stripe processes payment details; AirCareer receives information such as your customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, and billing plan.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure your account, match jobs to your preferences, prepare and edit application materials, carry out application actions you authorize, display outcomes, provide inbox and support features, manage subscriptions and usage limits, and investigate errors or abuse. AI services process relevant profile, job, document, and answer content to generate or improve application materials. Review generated content before approving it.

When information is shared

Service providers process information for the features they support, including hosting, authentication, database and document storage, AI processing, email delivery, analytics, and payments. For example, Stripe supports payments and Supabase supports account and data services. We send application information to employers and their application platforms as needed to carry out the application workflow you request. Employer sites may receive information while forms are being prepared, before a final submission is confirmed. Employers and their providers handle information under their own policies.

We may also disclose information when needed to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and security, or complete a business reorganization or transfer subject to appropriate protections. We do not describe information sent to an employer as recoverable or deletable by AirCareer after transmission.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and browser storage for essential features such as sign-in, security, and saved preferences. Optional product analytics, when enabled, use your analytics consent choice. You can change that choice in your product settings. Browser settings also let you control cookies, although blocking essential storage may prevent some features from working.

Retention and your choices

Retention depends on the type of information and why it is needed. Application evidence, security records, billing records, and backups can have different retention needs from editable profile data. Deleting or changing a profile field does not change an application already approved or sent.

You can update profile information and use the document and application controls provided in the product. Contact support@aircareer.ai to request access, correction, export, or deletion, or to ask about a retention period. We may need to verify your identity. Applicable law may provide additional rights, including objection, restriction, portability, or a complaint to a privacy regulator. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or transaction purposes. We will explain material limitations rather than promise that every copy can be removed immediately.

Security and international processing

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable, we use the protections required for those transfers. Keep your account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or our practices change. We will publish the updated policy and effective date here and provide additional notice when required. The operator is Noukash LLC; privacy questions can be sent to support@aircareer.ai.
