Your account and content

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use only information and materials you have the right to provide. You remain responsible for your CV, profile, application answers, and communications. You retain your rights to your content and give Noukash LLC permission to store, process, adapt, and transmit it as needed to provide the features you request. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Applications and AI assistance

AirCareer helps discover jobs, prepare application materials, and carry out supported application workflows. AI-generated text and answers can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review and edit the application materials and answers before authorizing submission. Your approval authorizes the application action shown for that job; it is not a guarantee that an employer will accept the application or contact you.

Preparation may interact with an employer's application platform. Final submission uses the approved application workflow. When a relevant change requires renewed approval, review the updated materials. Third-party forms, job availability, authentication requirements, and technical failures may prevent completion. Follow the status and recovery instructions in AirCareer and verify uncertain outcomes before submitting the same application again. A queued or stopped run is not proof of employer receipt.

Subscriptions, renewal, and limits

Prices, billing intervals, applicable taxes, and included limits are shown before purchase. A paid subscription renews automatically at the selected interval unless you cancel renewal. Manage billing or turn off automatic renewal through Plan & billing and the Stripe confirmation flow. Unless the checkout terms state otherwise, access continues through the paid period after cancellation. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. Contact support@aircareer.ai about billing errors or refund requests; rights required by applicable law are not limited by these Terms.

Features may have usage limits and reset periods as shown in the product. An application run is not the same as a successful employer submission, and usage is measured according to the plan and product rules shown to you. We will not treat a displayed plan description as a promise of employment, interviews, or a particular application success rate.

Acceptable use and third parties

Do not use AirCareer to impersonate another person, submit information you have no right to use, send abusive or unlawful content, interfere with the service, or evade applicable access restrictions. Employer websites and other third-party services have their own terms and policies. AirCareer does not control their availability, decisions, or handling of information already sent to them.

Availability and responsibility

We work to provide a useful and reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, current job availability, successful submission, interviews, or employment. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of a particular result. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, nonpayment, or legal obligations. Contact support if you believe a restriction is an error. Stopping use of the product does not itself cancel a paid subscription; use the billing cancellation flow.

Changes and contact

We may update the service and these Terms. Updated Terms will be published with an effective date, and we will provide additional notice where required. Changes do not remove rights that already apply to your purchase. Questions about these Terms can be sent to Noukash LLC at support@aircareer.ai.
