“Responsible for the team's weekly reports in SQL. The time to make them went down from 6 hours to 30 minutes.”
Tailor your resume to every job description, automatically
AirCareer, an AI job search agent, rewrites your resume for each job and can apply for you too.
84% of our users get interviews in the first 10 days.

How AirCareer tailors your resume to a job description
One resume can't fit 50 different jobs. So AirCareer writes one for each.
- 1
It reads the job post
The requirements, the keywords, the level. Everything the recruiter and the filter check first.
- 2
It rewrites your resume for that job
Your headline, summary and bullets, in the job's own words. Each bullet leads with the result.
- 3
It keeps a layout the ATS can read
Clean and simple. Boring? Yes. But the ATS reads it correctly.

Built on 10,000+ resumes and 1,000+ interviews
Over my career I've screened 10,000+ resumes and conducted 1,000+ interviews as a hiring manager. The ones that got interviews led with the result.
Good people kept losing on keywords, not skill.
So AirCareer writes your bullets the way I want to read them. Result first, in the job's words. And no AI slop. EVER.
That's my story: a career coach who has read 10,000+ resumes, and then built AirCareer.
Before and after: one bullet, rewritten for one job
Here's what result first looks like. Same facts, new order.
“Cut weekly team reporting from 6 hours to 30 minutes by building the reports in SQL.”
- The result moved to the front: 6 hours down to 30 minutes.
- “Responsible for” became a real verb: Cut.
- SQL, a keyword from the job post, stays in the line.
An ATS-friendly resume the filter can read
Before a recruiter sees your resume, software reads it. It's called an ATS (applicant tracking system), and it pulls out these parts first.
- Your name and contact details
- Your job titles
- Your companies, roles and dates
- Your skills, matched against the job post
- Your education
What AirCareer never invents
A job or a date. It rewrites how you describe your work, so it matches the job.
Want a line changed? Open the resume in Resume Lab and edit it yourself.
Then the cover letter, and the application
A tailored resume is half of it. AirCareer writes the cover letter and can send the whole application.
A cover letter for each job
Not a template with the company name swapped in. One letter, written for one job.
Tailored, then sent
When you auto apply to jobs, AirCareer fills out the company's own form with your tailored resume and cover letter. In review mode you edit and approve what goes out. In auto mode AirCareer sends strong matches on its own.

Resume tailoring questions
Will my resume get past ATS filters?
Yes. We use a clean, simple layout that ATS software reads correctly. We also match your resume to the keywords in each job post, so a real person actually sees it.
Do I need a resume to start?
No. If you have one, upload it. If you don't, answer a few questions about your experience and we'll build a clean, ATS-friendly resume for you.
Do I get to approve applications before they're sent?
If you want to. In review mode, every application waits for your one-click approval. In auto mode, AirCareer sends high-match applications on its own. You can switch between the two anytime.
How is AirCareer different from other job tools?
Most tools stop at one step: a resume builder, a job board or a form filler. AirCareer does the whole job search for you: it finds the jobs, tailors the resume, applies and tracks every application in one place.
